Terms & Conditons

Minimum notice for new orders and/or amendments 

We ask for a minimum of 24hr notice for new jobs, and 12hr notice for small tweaks to existing orders. Please call us directly if you have any changes to your order or last minute enquiries and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Please note orders are considered finalised and confirmed the evening prior to delivery for invoicing purposes. Though we will work together to help minimise the impact of last minute changes, cancellations within 24hr hours of delivery will be charged for any costs incurred.​

Order Confirmation 

Orders are only to be considered confirmed if there is written acceptance of a supplied quote from both parties. All changes are to be reflected in an updated quote.

Delivery

We deliver between 5:30am and 9:30pm throughout greater Melbourne at a variable rate based on the distance from our cooking site in Abbottsford. Out of hours delivery is available for an additional fee. Food will arrive hot in hot-boxes that will maintain a safe and hot temperature for four hours if unopened. A member of the Bellyful team will remain on site if possible or requested.

Serving utensils, crockery and tableware

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be provided with single-use recyclable or compostable tableware. We also offer a greener alternative of reusable serving utensils, crockery and cutlery. In the event you are provided with a hot-box, reusable serving utensils, crockery etc, it may be the responsibility of the client to return these to our cooking site in Abbottsford within 48hr unless otherwise agreed.

Dietary requests, allergies and intolerances 

Our menus can accommodate any and all dietary requirements with variety and confidence, and we adhere to strict food safety and hygiene practices. Like in all kitchens; preparation or storage areas may exist within the same space, and some ingredients may contain trace allergens from their initial production. If you or someone you're ordering for has an allergy or intolerance, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to accommodate their individual needs.

Weekends and Public Holidays

We only offer catering on Sundays and Public holidays by special request. Bellyful charges a 15% surcharge on Sundays and 25% on Public Holidays. ​

Payment Terms

Payments terms are for 14 days from day of delivery, unless stated otherwise on your invoice. Payment is via direct deposit.
